Grilled or poached fish or meat, sushi, tempura, sukiyaki, teriyaki, all Japanese foods, and many other Asian dishes. Warm (Tip for Warming Sake: The ideal temperature is approximately 100 degrees - 105 degrees F. Warm sake carafe in hot water in a few minutes. Never boil sake.): Excellent.
